Your rate includes all activities, workshops, fitness classes and spa facility access. The Spa houses 12 treatment rooms, a meadow-view gym, indoor pool and hot tub, saunas, steam room, sun deck and relaxation room. Seek restoration in our wood paneled Movement building. Use your hands in our Craft rooms. Embrace the outdoors with our trails, grounds and goat sanctuary.

Depending on the day or night, Bittersweet’s menu will include different daily offerings and a multi-course tasting dinner menu inspired by one of our producer’s deliveries that morning. While focused on plant-based ingredients, we still honor our local livestock growers and their care & commitment.

Activities at Hemlock encourage movement, connection and fun. At our creative studio, guests can partake in activities including clay and pottery classes, pine needle weaving and quilting – a nod to the town of Neversink’s historic barn quilts that dot the area. Guests also have access to three miles of private trails, with the option to participate in guided hikes and hiking with our resident goats. Spend your days cloudspotting and your nights stargazing around the campfire.
